The Training Room is generally used for workshop content whilst the Common Area is used for meals, breakout sessions, energiser activities or for open discussions. 

It contains a number of separate "zones" for small group work.

Alternative Venue
221 Miller St

We now offer an alternative venue to existing clients when Sydney Venue is not available.  You get Sydney Venue service and catering in the building right next door.  It is a pleasantly decorated space flooded with natural light. Read more

We offer lots of inclusions on our base rates!


>> Water, tea, coffee, lollies and biscuits are all included. Plus flip charts (2 per room), flip chart paper, large mobile whiteboard, wireless internet and projector screen if required. 

Sydney Venue offers In House Catering:


>> Morning tea - assorted muffins and pastries plus a fresh fruit platter $8.50

>> Afternoon tea - sweet eg brownies, caramel slice or tarts plus fruit platter or savoury; eg cheese, dips, pate and fruit platter  $8.50 pp

>> Lunch from $23 pp - choice of lunch buffets or a BBQ; please see our menus for details

 

>> Please note:  If outside caterers are used a $100 service charge applies for cleaning, serving and use of crockery, cutlery etc.

Audio Visual Equipment:

>> Wireless internet is available at no cost, your computer needs to have been configured for wireless.

>> There is a plasma screen / dvd / entertainment system in our common area

>> Data projector and screen available for hire at $120 per day (can be used in any room)

>> Hiring of additional equipment (eg electronic equipment, additional flipcharts or electronic whiteboards) can be organised for a 10% service fee

Location, Parking and Transport:

>>  Sydney Venue is in the heart of the North Sydney CBD and is convenient and easily found.  There is earlybird parking in the basement of our building.

>>  For parking and transport information see How to Find Us  we recommend that meeting organisers send out this link to all attendees ahead of the event.

Accommodation:

>> We have negotiated a significant discount with the nearest hotel, Rydges North Sydney, which is located half a block from Sydney Venue on the corner of Miller and McLaren Streets, North Sydney.

Floorplan:

>> The common area and training room are flexible spaces and furniture can be arranged to suit your needs. Please note Meeting Room 3 which is shown below is not available for hire with the venue.
