Board Room 2 - 12 people Fully private	$400 + GST Enquire about our short notice discount rate!
Training Room and Common Area These two areas come together Training Room seats up to 28 pax at tables in a variety of configurations Common Area is usually used for meals and breakouts or for larger groups. Includes access to outdoor area.	$750 + GST
Whole Venue Recommended for group sizes of 25 or more, you have access to common area, boardroom, training room and outdoor area. Assurance that no other groups will be on site.	$950 + GST

Rates include water, tea, coffee, lollies and biscuits. Flip charts, standard flip chart paper, projector screen and access to plasma screen and entertainment system in common area also included. 

Booking Conditions: 

Corporate bookings are confirmed when a deposit of 20% venue hire cost is received.  Until the deposit is paid, bookings are regarded as tentative, and therefore subject to rebooking by another party.  See our terms and conditions

We accept major credit cards including American Express.  (Amex attracts an additional service fee of 3%).

In House Catering:

- Morning tea - $8.50 per person per day - assorted muffins, pastries and fruit platter
- Afternoon tea - $8.50 per person per day - sweet or savoury platter plus fruit platter

- Lunch catering - two menu choices from $23 per head

- If outside catering is used a $100 charge applies for service, cleaning and use of crockery, cutlery etc

Cost of Additional Services:

- Notebook computer available for hire at $120 per day (includes wireless internet)

- Data projector available for hire at $120 per full day

- PA system available at $50 per full day

- Hiring of additional equipment (eg additional electronic equipment, flipcharts or electronic whiteboards) can be organised with our preferred supplier for a 10% service fee
