Our spacious and beautifully decorated venue could be perfect for your next private party or function.  With a large central area for dancing and socialising, plus an extra area for chat and buffet tables, we are ideally suited to hosting private parties for up to 80.

We are BYO and offer catering.  The space is suitable for a sit down meal for up to 40 people or parties (with cocktail food) for up to 80 people.

Space is flexible, in this case being enthusiastically used as a dance floor

We can organise catering, both finger food and buffet lunches / dinners

Includes a separate area for chat and quiet socialising

Venue Hire Rates

Weekend daytime $400 including GST

Friday night 6.30pm till midnight is $650

Saturday night, 5pm till midnight is $650

Plus a (refundable) bond of $1,000

The price includes full use of common area of premises including fridges, kitchen amenities, glassware, crockery, platters and our entertainment system which can be used with an i pod, though is not recommended for a full night of dancing.  We have details for a DJ.

Catering

We have in house catering available or you can bring in your own caterers

We are BYO so all alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages must be brought in to and removed from the venue.   We recommend engaging "Wine Brothers " for beverage catering on 9418 3499.

Conditions

>> Heavy cleaning (vacuuming, mopping etc) is included in the price but it is a condition of use that Sydney Venue must be tidied at the end of the function.  Specifically all food and party rubbish needs to be cleared, and any crockery used washed up and put away and rubbish bagged and put in bins.

>> Clients are liable for any damage caused to all fixtures, furniture, crockery, glassware etc.  We reserve the right to retain funds from the client's bond for all breakages and damage

>> Council timing and noise restrictions apply and must be adhered to.  Music must be turned off at midnight.

>> Any party expecting over 50 persons must provide security.  This is for your own protection against univited people as we are located on a main street

>> It is a provision of our lease that only light drinking is allowed on the premises.

>> Entry to the premises is from 5pm on Saturday night or 6.30pm on Friday night.
