Weekends and Weeknights
Self Service Conditions
Sydney Venue's common area and training room are available on weekends from 10am to 5.00pm and weeknights from 6.30pm - 10.00pm on a "self service" basis.
Please note our rates are lower on weekends and weeknights because staff are not permanently on site. Strict conditions apply, see below.
Weekend Flat Rate - $300 per day ex GST
Weeknight Flat Rate - $250 per night ex GST

Our common area is a colourful, flexible space. Weekend and weeknight bookings include both areas shown in these photos.

Important Note
On weekends and weeknights our staff are not present on the premises to provide service. We do set up the venue and meet you at a prearranged time to open up but you will be shown how to lock up and required to leave the place as you found it.
Any damage to the premises must be paid for in full. Should the venue not be sufficiently clean and tidy, a $100 cleaning charge will be billed.
Strict conditions
Saturday mornings are strictly a 10am start, we can start at 9am on Sundays if required.
The rates shown above apply only for workshops, small seminars and meetings where no food or alcohol is served and the number of people is less than 25. Otherwise pricing and conditions are as for Corporate Functions.
